Do you charge a trip fee?
No. Our pricing is flat-rate and transparent—what you see is what you pay.
What areas do you serve?
Boise, Meridian, Nampa, Caldwell, Kuna, Star, and the greater Treasure Valley.
Do you warranty your work?
Yes. All of our craftsmanship is guaranteed for 12 months. If an issue arises from our labor within a year, we’ll fix it at no additional cost. Materials and fixtures are covered by their own manufacturer warranties.
Are you insured?
Yes. iHandy Services LLC is fully insured for your peace of mind.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes—by phone, text, or email for most handyman jobs. Because we don’t take on large remodels or construction projects (with the exception of fence building), we don’t provide in-person estimates for big jobs. If it needs a full, line-item estimate, it’s likely outside our scope.
Do you work weekends?
Weekends are reserved for family unless it’s an emergency or a high-priority job approved in advance.
How does online booking work?
Choose the time block or service you need, request a date, and we’ll confirm. If we need more details to price or prep, we’ll reach out before scheduling.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, check, debit/credit cards, and electronic payments. Credit card payments include a small processing fee.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes. iHandy Services proudly offers a 15% discount for:

This discount applies to labor costs only and cannot be combined with other promotions.

What types of work do you not do?
We don’t take on large remodels, new construction, or projects requiring major electrical or plumbing changes. We focus on reliable handyman services—repairs, installs, and maintenance (fence building is the main larger project we accept).
How far out are you booked?
It varies by season, but typically 1–2 weeks. Emergency spots may be available—ask when you contact us.
