Examples of 8-Hour Block Services: -Multiple drywall repairs and repainting across different rooms -Large fence repair or partial rebuilds -Painting a couple rooms, including prep and cleanup (basic walls and ceilings) -A mix of interior and exterior repairs done in one day -Property maintenance for rental units or move-in/move-out readiness -Completing a comprehensive “honey-do list” of tasks throughout the home What’s Included: -Up to 8 hours of labor for handyman repair, installation, or maintenance projects -Professional tools and workmanship for reliable, lasting results -Flexibility to complete multiple larger projects in one day -Basic materials on hand (screws, anchors, adhesives, etc.) -One trip to the store for materials if clearly requested before the appointment What’s Not Included: -Multi-day projects requiring more than 8 hours of work -Specialty services beyond the handyman scope (new electrical wiring, plumbing reroutes, structural changes, etc.) -Projects that require subcontractors or specialty licensing -Trips for additional materials that were not communicated before the scheduled appointment The 8-Hour Block is the best option when you want to knock out a major project or a large list of tasks in one day, making it the most efficient choice for bigger jobs or extensive home maintenance.
