I ensure proper wiring, secure mounting, and a polished finish so your new fixture not only looks great but works exactly as it should. What’s Included: -Removal of an existing light fixture in the same location -Assembly and installation of one new light fixture -Proper mounting to the existing electrical box -Secure wiring connections and function testing -Cleanup of the immediate work area (old fixture placed where you request for disposal) What’s Not Included (most can be added for an additional fee): -Installing a fixture where no electrical box currently exists -Adding or relocating wiring, switches, or dimmers -Installation of oversized or highly complex chandeliers requiring multiple parts or specialized equipment -Ceiling repairs, paint touch-ups, or patching after installation -Installation on ceilings over 14 feet high -Hauling away or disposing of old fixtures or packaging -Trips for additional materials not communicated before the scheduled appointment
