What’s Included: -Removal of an existing toilet -Installation of one new toilet in the same location -New wax ring, bolts, and seals for a leak-free fit -Leveling and testing for proper operation -Cleanup of the immediate work area (old toilet placed where you request for disposal) What’s Not Included (most can be added for an additional fee): -Repairing or replacing the toilet flange -Replacing shut-off valves or supply lines -Installing toilets in new locations where no plumbing exists -Flooring or subfloor repairs under or around the toilet -Hauling away or disposing of the old toilet or packaging -Trips for additional materials not communicated before the scheduled appointment
